We’ve come to this place, where we’ve mistaken feeding our minds, for feeding our souls.
The mind is of our physical nature; our spirit is not so.
We have lost touch with this eternal part of ourselves.
We give it no opportunity to grow.
We still not ourselves; but rush to inquire.
We hush not ourselves; but run to knowledge.
Our minds are far to consumed, to busy.
When are longings are met not on the level of mind; but the quite, stilled nature of the soul.
